Toolbar actions

Perform actions on queries and their results​

Use the bottom toolbar to perform various actions with the active query and its item results.

If the toolbar is too wide for your browser window, it will compact to fit the available space. To access any hidden actions, open the Overflow Menu.

Item actions​

By default, these actions are performed on all items in the active query tab. To target specific items instead, select them in the query results. The toolbar indicates how many items are currently selected. Select to clear your selection.

The following item actions are available:

  • Bulk action - perform a bulk action on some or all of the items, e.g. Edit, Delete.

  • Open in:

    • New data explorer tab - display some or all of the items in a new query tab.

    • Map - display some or all of the items in a temporary map layer.

Query actions​

The following query actions are available:

  • Filter with AQS - edit the query in the AQS Builder, where you can use the full power of AQS to filter and sort the resulting items.

  • Create item - create a new item of a design targeted by the query.

  • Collection - include items in other collections besides Live.

  • Refresh data - rerun the query to update its results.

  • Export results - export the query's full results in a standard format.

  • Save:

    • Save query - overwrite the current saved query with your changes.

    • Save as new query - create a new saved query.

  • Delete saved query - if the active tab is a saved query, delete it. The tab will remain open until you close it.

    Caution

    Deletions can't be undone, so please think carefully before doing so!
