Change collections
View items in other collections
Items are stored in separate collections according to their usage. The Live collection stores items that are actively being used. Therefore, it's usually the only collection displayed throughout CausewayOne Asset Management by default.
Use the Data Explorer app to browse and examine items stored in other collections. This is particularly useful for managing archived items and item templates.
To move multiple items between collections, perform a bulk action to edit their Collection property.
Search collections
When you create a query, only items of the Live collection are included by default.
To change which collections are searched by the active query tab, select Collection in the bottom toolbar. If the button is hidden, select it in the Overflow Menu. Select one or more collections in the list and then select Save.
The query will refresh to display new results from the selected collection(s).
Identify an item's collection
The coloured corner of an item's icon indicates which collection the item belongs to.
