How to access Asset Management
To access this software solution:

You must have a user account on the CausewayOne platform.

Your account must belong to a company with an active subscription that includes Asset Management.

Your account must have an Asset Management role at that company.
If you're a new user, your IT department can invite you to join the company on CausewayOne. When you receive the invitation email, follow the link to verify your email address. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your account and enter a password.
You can access CausewayOne from any device with a modern web browser. For an optimal experience, we recommend using a desktop, laptop or tablet with a screen resolution of 1366 x 768 or higher. Mobile workers can use Alloy Mobile on iOS and Android devices.

If your Alloy account hasn't been migrated to CausewayOne yet, you still have standalone access.
Sign in to CausewayOne
To access Asset Management in CausewayOne:

Visit one.causeway.com in your web browser.

Enter your email address and select Sign in.

If your company uses a Single Sign-On (SSO) service, you may be signed in automatically, or asked for your SSO password. Otherwise, you'll see one of the following:
Password field
Enter your CausewayOne account password and select Sign in. If you don't know your password, select Forgot your password? to verify your email address and set a new password.
We need to verify your email address
This is the first time you've used your CausewayOne account. You may have been invited to join a company, or your existing Alloy account was migrated to CausewayOne. Select Send verification code and follow the on-screen instructions to set a new account password.
Something went wrong
You may be entering the wrong email address or your CausewayOne account doesn't exist yet. Please contact your IT department for assistance. If you don't have an account, they can invite you to join the company on CausewayOne.
If you have an Alloy account, it may not have been migrated to CausewayOne yet. Try signing into the standalone apps instead.

Once you're signed in, use the Company Switch in the CausewayOne header if necessary, and then select Asset Management in the CausewayOne sidebar.
Not visible
If your sidebar is full, check the More menu. If Asset Management still isn't visible, it may not be included in your company's subscription, or your account is missing the relevant role. Please contact your IT department for assistance.

Use the left panel to navigate. Select Overview to access your personalised grid of apps and classic features. If the Asset Management Apps aren't enabled for your company yet, you'll automatically be taken to Asset Classic.
Sign out
Your session ends automatically after eight hours, or when you close all CausewayOne tabs in your web browser. This is for security and should cover a typical workday.
To sign out manually, select your initials in the top-right corner:

My profile - change your display language and password.

Sign out - end your CausewayOne session.
