Delete a basemap
Discard basemaps that are no longer needed
If a custom basemap is no longer needed, consider deleting it to save space and reduce clutter.
You can delete any custom basemap added by your organisation. Be aware, this will affect all users in your customer project! However, if the Context of a basemap is not Customer, then it's a protected system basemap that cannot be deleted.
To delete a basemap:

Select Basemaps in the sidebar.

Select the relevant basemap in the list.

Select in the basemap's header and answer Yes to the confirmation.
Caution
Deletions can't be undone, so please think carefully before doing so!
