Delete a layer style

Discard layer styles that are no longer needed​

If a layer style is no longer needed, consider deleting it to save space and reduce clutter.

You can delete any custom layer style added by your organisation. Be aware, this will affect all users in your customer project! However, if the Context of a layer style is not Customer, then it's a protected system style that cannot be deleted.

To delete a layer style:

  1. Select Layers in the sidebar and select the relevant layer.

  2. Select Edit in the Layer styles section.

  3. Select beside one or more layer styles.

  4. Select Save to finish or to cancel.

Caution

Deletions can't be undone, so please think carefully before doing so!
