Select an icon value

Icons are an important part of the Alloy experience! Most Alloy features can have icons assigned to them, such as designs, items, layers, boards, workspaces and more.

Use icons to help identify and classify your assets and activities in Alloy, so that users can process information more efficiently. Alloy provides a wide variety of icons to choose from.

Using the icon picker

When you're creating or editing an Alloy feature, you can typically set its icon and colour.

Select the Icon field to show the icon picker. Scroll through the available icons and choose one that best represents the feature you're configuring.

Use the search box to filter the available icons. For example, if you search for bin, a range of suitable icons appear.

The Icon field will be populated with the chosen icon and its name.
