Overview

When you create a custom design it includes one or more interfaces, depending on the type of design that was selected. Once you have created the design, in addition to adding attributes, you can customize the design by adding interfaces to the design. Adding interfaces is another way of adding attributes and also adding links to the design to provide additional functionality to the design.

In the example illustrated below, adding the assetHead interface links the design with Defects, Tasks and Network references and the design inherits the attributes from the associated interfaces.
