How to work with the calendar picker
Overview
The calendar picker displays every time you select a field that requires a date, date and time or seasonal entry. The picker varies in operation depending on the field type.
Date calendar picker
When you select a field that only requires you to enter a date then the date calendar picker is displayed.
The calendar picker displays the current month with the current date displayed in green. To select a date you need only select the date and then select the Save button.
The date calendar picker allows you to navigate to any day, month and year that you require. Arrows on either side of the picker allow you to move to display one month at a time, either backwards or forwards.
Alternatively, there are two tabs at the top of the picker that allow you to display the list of months and years that you can select. The year display can be moved either backwards or forwards using the arrows on either side of the picker.
By default the current month and year are selected when you first open a date field.
Date and time calendar picker
When you select a field that allows you to enter a date and time then the calendar picker includes the additional feature that also allows you to enter a time.
The calendar picker displays the current month with the current date displayed in green. Once you have selected a date with in the calendar then the Time tab can be accessed to enter the time. The default is midnight (00:00),
Once you have selected a date and time then select the Save button.

Multi date calendar picker
When you are configuring a schedule you can access the multi date calendar picker, which allows you to select multiple dates. When you select a date field that allows you to select one or more dates the Dates dialog is displayed.
This provides you with the following options:
- Add - this allows you to add a single date option, which allows you to configure a date and time in the same way as described above.
- Add many - this allows you to add more than one date to the schedule and allows you to manage the selected dates.
Once you have selected one or more dates then select the Save button.
The multi date calendar picker allows you to navigate and select multiple dates that you require. Arrows on either side of the picker allow you to move to display one month at a time, either backwards or forwards.
Alternatively, there are tabs at the top of the picker that allow you to display the list of months and years that you can select. The year display can be moved either backwards or forwards using the arrows on either side of the picker.
By default the current month and year are selected when you first open a date field. When you have selected the dates you require you can access the Selected tab to view a list of the selected dates and remove any dates that are not required.
