Overview

Alloy provides you with a quick and easy way to produce a job summary report.

Creating a job report

  1. Select a job to view its details.
  2. In the Item details panel, the General page is displayed by default.
  3. Select the Reports page from the tab bar.
  4. Select the more actions button from the action bar.

  1. Select the Create report button, the Report type page is displayed on the left hand side.

  1. Select the Job Ticket Reports button, the report Details page is displayed.

  1. The Name field allows you to enter a report name, select Create when you have completed the name. The job is created and the details are displayed in the Item details panel.

Alloy produces two copies of the report:

  • HTML format - this can be viewed using an internet browser
  • PDF format - this can be viewed using a PDF reader.
  1. Select the more actions button from the action bar.

  1. Select the Download button, you will be prompted to select a location to save the documents.
