Creating defects in Alloy Mobile

Register defects to notify the back-office of any issues you find while out in the field. You can also update details for assets in your inventory.

Select an asset to view its details page.
In the asset details page, go to the Defect card and select Add defect.
Select a defect type.
Enter defect details in the fields and select Report. The defect is now reported.

You can look up your inventory only when your device has an internet connection.
