Group permissions for cards

How to define group permissions for custom cards

Note

System groups have predefined permissions that you cannot change. You can view the permissions to understand which modules are accessible to system group users. Users need to be added to the relevant groups to have access to system cards.

Defining permissions for custom groups allows you to manage how users view and interact with the modules within the system. By default new groups have no access to any modules. The system administrator needs to define the minimum access requirements when a group is created.

The following process applies to custom groups. When you select the Cards category all the cards are listed in the Object column. Select an object to see its permissions.

You can change the permissions to allow the group and its users, access to the modules that they require. When you have changed the permissions select the Save button.
