Overview

You can view the details of a project and manage tasks, routes and teams.

Searching for projects

You can use the search panel to find a project:

  1. In the search bar, start by entering project. The suggestion panel displays a list of project designs or interfaces.

  1. To filter search results you should enter the project design name. When you select a design or interface, a list of related projects is displayed.

Alternatively you can use the Activities module

  1. In your dashboard go to the Activities module.
  2. In the left panel, select Projects. The right panel displays a list of projects.

When the list is displayed select a project to view its details.

The Item details panel includes the following pages of project information:

  • General - this displays the project details
  • Settings - this displays basic project item details
  • Audit - timeline of all changes made to the project in Alloy
  • Parents - links that the project is connected to
  • Tasks - list of all jobs and inspections included in the project, see Managing project tasks
  • Routes - list of all routes defined for the project
  • Schedules - list of schedules for the project
  • Teams on Tasks - list of teams associated with tasks within the project.

Viewing project tasks and routes

When you select a project to view its details. A graph button is displayed at the top of the map.

Using the graph button

  1. Select the graph open button at the top of the screen.
  2. A diagram opens with an icon for each task and route.

When you select a task or route you can see the details in the Item details panel.

You can also select a project from the search panel to display the item details.

Use the tab bar to select the Tasks or Routes tab. A list of assigned tasks or routes are displayed.
