Viewing custom reports
How to view custom report items
Overview
You can view the list of all custom reports that have been generated, in the Alloy Reports module. Alternatively, you can select an item that has custom reports associated with it and open the Reports page in the Item details panel to view any reports generated against the item. See Viewing items.
Viewing custom reports
To view only the custom reports that have been created within Alloy:
- select Custom reports from within the Reports card, the list of custom reports that have been created, is displayed in the search panel on the right.
- Select a report to view the detail of a custom report. By default the General tab is displayed.
The number of data sources and how many documents are included in the report.
For the selected report you can open the Report Builder to edit the data sources and the report documents within the report, see Report Builder.
