Editing jobs

Specify job requirements or edit other details

You can edit the details of a job at any time. This means you can enter an initial job specification, with the option to add further details later on if the requirements change.

Update the job's Status attribute to indicate whether it's assigned to a team, currently in progress, or has been completed.

To see the editing history of a job, consult its audit log.

Edit job attributes

To edit a job:

  1. Select the job to view its details in the right panel.

  2. At the bottom of the General tab, select Edit button in the action bar.

  3. Select an attribute field to edit its value. Repeat as needed and then select Save to finish.

To learn more, including how to perform bulk edits, see Editing items.

Note

If an item form exists for the job's design, the order and visibility of attribute fields may be different when editing.
