Removing teams

Disband a team that's no longer in use​

When a team is no longer needed, it can be archived or permanently deleted. This will also affect the Team Members items stored in the team's Members attribute. For more detail, see Removing items.

To remove a team and its members:

  1. Select the team to view its details in the right panel.

  1. On the General tab, select Archive in the action bar to remove the team from active service. It will no longer appear in lists or searches but its stored items and links will remain.

  2. After the action bar updates, you have the ability to Unarchive the team again or Delete it permanently.

Caution

Deletions can't be undone, so please think carefully before doing so!
