Moving stencil controls

How to move controls in the Stencil Editor​

Overview​

The Stencil Editor allows you to move the control within a stencil, you can change the order in which attributes are displayed in an item. Any changes you make in the Stencil Editor are reflected in all items created using the selected design and stencil.

Moving controls​

To move a control:

  1. Access the Stencil Editor for the design you want to change.

  2. Select and drag the control that you want to move.

As you move the control up or down a yellow separator appears at an insertion point. When you release the control it is inserted at the highlighted insertion point.

  1. When you have finished moving controls, select the Save stencil button to finish.
