Overview

Alloy Budgets offer you the tools to specify the funding source for different types of work, and view reports to analyse your spending while informing future decisions.

Budgets consist of one or more budget periods, with the budget funds applied against a budget period. This allows you to build either a single period budget or a multi-period budget.

When you associate job work items with a budget the costs of the items are distributed among the budget periods depending on the jobs start or completion date and time for the job work items. This allows you to analyse your job spend against the budget amounts within each budget period.
