Access Advisor

Examine a user's permissions

Admins can use the Access Advisor to check what permissions a user has.

While it resembles the Permission Manager, the Access Advisor provides a simplified, read-only view of the combined permissions inherited by the user from all the roles and groups they're assigned to.

To examine the permissions of a user:

  1. Open the Permissions dashboard card and select Users.

  2. In the right panel, select a user from the search results to view their details.

  3. Select More in the action bar and choose Access advisor.
