Roles
A role is a combination of groups and users. It typically represents a position, persona or responsibility within your organisation.
Any number of groups can be added to a role. The combined permissions of those groups are then inherited by the role's users.
Roles effectively let you match up multiple users with multiple groups. By keeping your groups minimal and modular, you can reuse them across multiple roles. This provides great flexibility and simplifies user management going forward, as it's easier to add/remove users on a single role instead of multiple groups!
