Custom reports

Design your own reports!

In addition to the included standard reports, you can create and design your own custom reports. Using the Report Builder, you can define what data is collected from where, and how it is presented across one or more report documents.

Run your custom report at any time to generate document files based on the current state of the report's data sources.

See all custom reports

To list all the custom reports within your company project:

  1. Open the Reports dashboard card and select Custom Reports to list them in the Search panel.

  2. Scroll the list or use the top search box to filter the list by keyword.

  3. Select a custom report to view its details.

Create a custom report

To create a new custom report:

  1. Open the Reports dashboard card and select Create custom report.

  2. Fill in the following fields:

    • Name - provide a distinct name that identifies the custom report.

    • Applies to - choose the design/interface to be reported on.

  3. Select Create to finish. A notification will appear to indicate success or failure. You can then proceed to edit the custom report.

Edit a custom report

To open a custom report for editing:

  1. Select the custom report to view its details.

  2. Select More in the action bar and choose Open report builder. To learn more, see Report Builder.

  3. To rename the custom report, select Edit in the action bar. Change its Name and then select Save.

  4. To delete the custom report, select Delete in the action bar. If any generated report items exist for the custom report, they must be deleted first.
