Overview
The Filter action allows you to manage the path of a workflow. This includes whether or not to continue the workflow.
Input
One or more items based on a specific design or design interface.
Output
The same items as the input for which the filter condition is true.
Configuring a Filter action node
To configure a Filter action node:
- Add an action and navigate to the Relation tab of the Create action page.
- Select the Filter option. The option details are displayed in the item details page. The input design is shown at the top of the page.
- Select the button on the action bar.
This allows you to access the AQS Builder to build the filter rule that is used to evaluate the input, for example an attribute comparison, and generate the output.

Select the graph open button at the top of the query editor to access the AQS Builder.

When you have completed creating the filter query select Save. This returns you to the Workflow Editor.
