This page allows you to define the triggers for the workflow to occur using the following fields:

  • Design or interface - when you select this field a dialog appears allowing you to select the design or interface that will be used to trigger the workflow. This selection acts as the top level filter for the workflow, you can use additional filters to refine the scope of the workflow, see Relation Operator - Filter.
  • Collections - when you select this field a dialog appears allowing you to select the collection that you want the workflow to work with. The list of collections shown is dependent on the previously selected design or interface_see_ Understanding collections.
  • Listen on create - when you set this the workflow is triggered when an item related to the design or interface for the workflow is created.
  • Listen on update - when you set this the workflow is triggered when an item related to the design or interface for the workflow is updated.
  • Attribute - this allows you to refine the Listen on update trigger by specifying one or more attributes. Only the attributes selected from a dialog will trigger the workflow when they are updated. The list of attributes that are available are dependent on the design or interface that you selected initially. By default all attributes are selected.
  • Listen on delete - when you set this the workflow is triggered when an item related to the design or interface for the workflow is deleted.

When you have completed all the necessary fields select Next. The workflow Title page is displayed.
